TrainingDojo is designed to help endurance athletes create and manage training plans efficiently. By using our service, you agree to use it only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may use TrainingDojo to:

  • •Import workout plans into supported platform accounts such as TrainingPeaks and Intervals.icu
  • •Create training plans for athletes you coach (with appropriate permissions)
  • •Experiment with different training approaches and periodization strategies

Prohibited Activities

To maintain a safe, fair, and functional service for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

Abuse or excessive use: Automated scripts, bots, or excessive API requests designed to overwhelm our systems

Unauthorized access: Attempting to access other users' accounts or data

Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or proprietary technology

Reselling or redistribution: Reselling access to TrainingDojo or redistributing generated content as a commercial service without authorization

Malicious activity: Using the service to transmit malware, viruses, or engage in any harmful activities

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Please:

  • •Use a strong, unique password for your TrainingDojo account
  • •Keep your platform API credentials, including TrainingPeaks tokens, Production_tpAuth cookies, and Intervals.icu API keys, secure and private
  • •Do not share your account with others
  • •Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

AI-Generated Content

TrainingDojo uses artificial intelligence to generate training plans. While we strive for accuracy and effectiveness, please understand:

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we cannot guarantee:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service with reasonable notice.

Fair Use - Free and Pro Tiers

Free Tier: Free accounts have usage limits to ensure fair access for all users. Excessive use may result in temporary rate limiting.

Pro Tier: Pro subscribers enjoy unlimited generation and imports. However, we reserve the right to limit accounts that show patterns of abuse or automated usage.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be granted when TrainingDojo objectively fails to provide paid functionality due to a verifiable issue in our software or infrastructure.

Refunds generally do not apply when a failure is caused by user input, configuration, or third-party account issues. For example, CSV imports are not eligible for a refund when the CSV does not follow the required syntax, is missing required columns, contains invalid values, or otherwise does not meet the published CSV format.

Subscription renewals are not refundable when a user fails to cancel before the renewal date. Users are responsible for managing or canceling their subscription before the next billing period begins.

Partial refunds may be issued in some cases when only part of a billing period, transaction, or paid feature was affected. We may request relevant details, screenshots, files, or error messages to verify the issue before approving a refund.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this Usage Policy. In cases of severe violations, termination may be immediate without refund.

Users may terminate their account at any time through the account settings or by contacting support.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Usage Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the application. Continued use of TrainingDojo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
